Battle of the Pound Cakes

I have been trying and trying to make a low-fat pound cake. And it FINALLY happened after multiple attempts. Now, don't get me wrong, it's still got lots of calories and has real sugar, but we'll take it one step at the time!
I made a pound cake recipe I got from Anita Givens which is absolety "real" and absolutely wonderful!







The following day I followed her recipe and made a few tweaks of my own to create my baby- a FAT FREE pound cake! It's form was beautiful-although it cracked slightly on the top, but it made a flower shape which was ultimately pretty. It was very light and fluffy, a lot different from the "real" pound cake. Over all the opinions of those who tasted it said that it was good for a low-fat cake. :) I'm a happy girl!
