Chicken and Dumplings
- 1 package frozen dumplings
- 2 cans low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 chicken tenders
- Sea salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Salt and pepper the chicken tenders and bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Bring the chicken broth to a boil and add the dumplings one at the time, breaking them in half if desired.
- Reduce the heat and let the dumplings cook until soft, stirring frequently.
- Dice the chicken and add to the dumplings, or serve on the side.
